Peachy Banana Smoothie

Here is a super tasty smoothie recipe to try.

It is really simple to make and doesn't take much time either. It will hit the spot if you are wanting something sweet like this. 


  •  (8 ounce) Vanilla-flavored Nonfat Yogurt
  •  1/3 of a Banana, sliced
  •  cup Frozen Peaches
  •  1/2 cup Orange Juice
  •  1 Tbsp. Sugar


In a blender, whip together all of the ingredients and serve in glasses. Serves 2. 
(You don't have to buy peaches if you already have canned peaches in your food storage. Just empty the can, drain out the juice in a cup, pour the peaches in a bowl and place these in the freezer for a few hours. Use these when they are frozen. It still works the same and still tastes great!)
