Zucchini Bread

Here is some great bread to make on these cold days and 
eat with some soup!
This Zucchini Bread is amazing.
I have people eat it that have never liked zucchini - ever!
It tastes so good. You will love it!

How to Make:
Mix together in one bowl:
3 Eggs
2 cups of Sugar
1 cup of Vegetable Oil
2 cups of Shredded Zucchini
1 tsp. Vanilla

Sift together in another bowl:
3 cups of Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp. Baking Powder

Mix these two separate bowls together and then pour into bread pans that are sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 large loaves and 4-5 little loaves.
