Parmesan Chicken

Here is a great dinner dish to use this coming week!
I made this the other night and it was so good.
It wasn't hard to make and it enhanced the taste of the chicken so much!
Try it this week for dinner!

Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, ½ inch thick
1 egg
½ cup of Milk
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Paprika
½ cup of Parmesan Cheese, or more if you would like

   Directions:
      First you will spray your baking dish with cooking spray. In one bowl whisk together the egg and milk. In a second bowl mix the bread crumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese together. Now you will dip your chicken in the milk and egg mixture. After that you will dip it in the bread crumb mixture. Set your chicken in a baking dish. Bake at 350° for about 45 to 50 minutes.
            This Parmesan chicken is great as a pasta dish. I prepared it with penne pasta and a jar of the    
            Prego spaghetti sauce that was heated up. Delicious!! Try for yourself! *You can double this  
            recipe or cut it in half.
