Place a small amount of butter in your skillet. Place 1/8 of the chicken on one of the tortillas Spread a little cheese over the chicken and fold over. Brown your tortilla just a little on each side. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa! Cut the recipe in half if you need to.
