My mom was up visiting me and made these the other day!
They taste good and are easy to make!
Great to take for a party!

2 cups of Packed Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Butter
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Pieces (or Butterscotch)
1 cup Chopped Nuts

Grease a 13x9x2 baking pan and set it aside. In a medium saucepan het the brown sugar and butter over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth. Stir constantly. Cool slightly. Stir in your eggs 1 at a time; stir in the vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Spread your batter in a the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick is inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool slightly on a wire rack and cut them into bars while they are warm!

Enjoy your Blondies!
